This is what you can do

  • Develop Training Programs: Design comprehensive training curriculums that cover all aspects of the usage of 3DExperience within engineering department. Ensure the training materials are up-to-date with the latest software versions and industry practices.
  • Deliver Training: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for a variety of audiences, including engineers, designers and project managers. Adapt training delivery methods to suit online, in-person, or hybrid models.
  • Customize Learning Paths: Work closely with departments to understand their specific needs and tailor training programs accordingly. Create specialized tracks for different roles within the organization to ensure relevant skill development.
  • Assess Training Needs: Regularly assess the training needs of the organization through surveys, interviews, and collaboration with department heads. Stay abreast of new features and updates in the 3DExperience platform and adjust training materials as necessary.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Develop and implement evaluation frameworks to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Gather feedback from participants and make improvements to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with Vendors: Work closely with software service providers, to receive updates, support, and additional training resources. Ensure the organization is leveraging all available resources and tools provided by the vendor.

You’ll bring this with you

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering in aeronautics / aviation or mechanical 
  • 5+ years professional expertise in relevant fields.
  • Leadership, management and respective Expertise in field of trainings
  • Analytical & structured way of working
  • 3DExperience profound user
  • Ability to prioritise, manage and execute multiple simultaneous tasks
  • Lead and instruct complex tasks internal/external
  • Very good presenting, communication and leadership skills
  • fluent in English mandatory, German skills beneficial
